REIKI ACCORDING TO THE USUI SYSTEM

This neologism from Japanese is composed of "rei" for "spirit" or "soul" and "ki" for "life energy") and was developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan. It is one of the oldest healing arts that passes on healing energy through hands on / off healing. It was already mentioned in Sanskrit sutras over 2000 years ago and at the end of the 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui rediscovered.


The universal life energy is available to us always and everywhere, especially if we have been initiated by a Reiki teacher or teacher. The person giving Reiki simply works as a channel and mediator and does not send his own energy. I was initiated into the 1st Reiki degree by Dorothé Erben in 2009. Through Tina Brewer I was initiated into the 2nd degree (2018) and the master/teacher degree (2021).

This method of spiritual healing, passing on the universal life energy to the recipient by hand placement (or hovering over the body), is able to:

- promote and activate the self-healing powers

- harmonize the energy balance

- restore mental stability

- reduce stress


Reiki is recognized as an alternative healing method by the WHO.

A Reiki treatment does not replace a visit to the doctor or therapist; I refrain from promising any results.



Reiki energy work

During this extremely relaxing form of energy healing, in which, depending on your needs, the hands are placed on top of the body or, so to speak, “float” over the body. Reiki is a highly intelligent healing energy that knows where it is needed. The treatment is carried with clothes on (lying down). Reiki brings the flow of energy in the body into harmony, improves the well-being of body and mind, has a relaxing effect, but can also give more energy and buoyancy, depending on your needs!

Energy massage

Here Reiki energy work is combined with a full body massage. After the individual movements, I pause to allow targeted Reiki healing energy to flow. This increases the effectiveness of the massage and harmonizes the effects. In this way, the body's own self-healing powers are additionally supported and the entire body-mind system receives new energy.

Duration: 65 / 70 minutes 65 euros
Indian head massage and Reiki

This wonderful combination combines the holistic traditional Indian head massage, which relieves tension in the head, neck and shoulder area and improves sleep with Reiki energy work. The 30-minute massage is followed by a 30-minute Reiki treatment while lying down, during which the energy reserves are replenished. Depending on your needs, this treatment can have a deeply relaxing or invigorating effect, significantly restoring your sense of well-being.

Reiki initiation

 1st Grade

I am pleased to be able to offer initiation into the 1st Reiki grade. With the initiation into the 1st Reiki Grade according to Usui, you can give Reiki to yourself and others. You will receive a total of 4 initiations that will “open” you as a channel for the universal life energy.

The 2-day seminar includes:

- What is Reiki?
- History of Reiki according to Sensei Usui
- a total of 4 initiations
- Basic application instructions
- Quick application instructions
- Instructions for balancing the chakras
- Practicing self-application and basic application
- what Reiki can and cannot do
- Gassho and meditation techniques to get you in the mood
- legal background

On 2 days, 3-4 hours each (with breaks), 1 - 2 people. The initiations usually take place on a weekend at Freund's GP surgery. Please request appointments personally.
